An unanswered check stays PENDING
When a source does not answer, or no provincial record is linked yet, the check shows PENDING. It counts neither for nor against the carrier: the risk tier is built only from confirmed facts.
Every carrier profile shows a "Checks run" list with each check's result and source. Members can download the dated vetting record as a PDF.
