HaulProof

Canadian coverage

The National Safety Code (NSC) is run by each province. HaulProof brings together what each province makes public, and what carriers share with consent, into one record linked to the USDOT when there is one.

Ontario: CVOR

The CVOR abstract shows the safety rating, the overall violation rate, convictions, collisions and inspections. A rate of 35% or more triggers the Ministry's first interventions; HaulProof flags it.

Alberta

The carrier profile gives the safety rating, the R-Factor and the monitoring stage.

Manitoba: C-SNAP

Public lookup by NSC number or name: certificate, fleet, CVSA results, rating and stated USDOT.

Québec: CTQ

The Commission des transports' public lists: carriers rated Unsatisfactory, Conditional (with or without the right to operate), and partners or directors rated Unsatisfactory. An Unsatisfactory or Conditional rating forces High.

Consent and privacy

A carrier's documents are only accepted with its recorded consent (who, what, when, terms version), revocable, with a retention date (PIPEDA and Quebec's Law 25).
